Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Photo Jam Atlanta LLC: 1. **Deposits:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Photo Jam Atlanta LLC. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled shoot and ensures that our services are reserved exclusively for you. 2. **No Refunds after Shoot Completion:** Please note that once the shoot is completed, no refunds will be issued. We dedicate time, resources, and expertise to every session, and refunds cannot be provided after services have been rendered. 3. **Location Availability:** While we strive to accommodate your preferred location for the shoot, please be aware that certain locations may not be available due to scheduling conflicts, permits, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will work closely with you to find a suitable alternative if necessary. 4. **Rescheduling:** We understand that circumstances may arise that require rescheduling of your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 5. **Cancellation Policy:** In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Additional fee would be charged for studio shoots if client cancels. 6. **Weather Conditions:** Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule the shoot or find an alternative location, if possible. 7. **Payment:** The remaining balance for the shoot is due on the day of the session. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the shoot.
