Photo Jam Atlanta LLC Terms and Conditions

 

1. Scope of Services:

Photo Jam Atlanta LLC specializes in videography, photography, production services, and related products. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein.

 

2. Booking and Payment:

Clients must provide a non-refundable deposit to secure services. Full payment is due prior to the event or delivery of products. Late payments may result in a delay of services and additional charges.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellations.

 

4. Client Cooperation:

Clients agree to cooperate during the provision of services, providing necessary information, access, and permissions. Failure to cooperate may impact the quality of services.

 

5. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with Photo Jam Atlanta LLC. Clients receive a license to use the content for personal or promotional purposes, but may not resell or distribute it without written consent.

 

6. Usage Rights:

Photo Jam Atlanta LLC reserves the right to use the produced content for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.

 

7. Quality and Satisfaction:

We strive to deliver high-quality services and products. In the event of dissatisfaction, clients should promptly communicate concerns to explore possible resolutions.

 

8. Liability:

Photo Jam Atlanta LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of services or use of products, unless resulting from gross negligence.

 

9. Force Majeure:

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

 

10. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the course of the engagement confidential.

 

11.Communication: 

After phone consultation all communication must be through via email.

 

 

12. Amendments:

These terms and conditions may be amended by Photo Jam Atlanta LLC. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
